Im glad that the anti-anime petition was a joke, and that the anti-maddox page is hosted by...maddox. After all, it should essentially be a crime to ban either.

Well, Mothers Against Maddox was real, but it was hosted on GeoCities (*cough*LikeTheGranaboard*cough*), which, as we all know, sucks, and disables websites after 3 MB have been transferred within an hour. The soccer mom who started it didn't think more than one and a half soccer moms would browse it (especially because most of them must <s>think</s> know the Internet is just a means for massive distribution of porn, which also happens to be useful for a couple of side jobs). Maddox found out, and thought it funny commenting. However, a link to their site from Maddox' site would kill them in a second, so he kindly mirrored the site.

How very Maddox. Hell, what have mothers ever done for us?
I find Maddox's recent posts to actually be quite funny, although he's calmed down a little with them. He's relying more on his wit and less on his extremism to draw a laugh, and im liking that. It wont last though, because its that extremism that gave him what infamy he has. Its also for this that i consider him a new breed of comedian, as a juxtaposition to stand-up (which he'd probably get shot during if he tried). I think many more will follow in his footsteps if they have humorous ideas that are too offenseive to be expressed in public venues.

This is freaking hilarious. Chick is a guy making these strips and books, who either has a wild sense of humor, or is the christian version of the taliban.
However, this strip makes some curious points as far as a book's writings and millions of lambs pretending to follow it go, and is most surely disturbing for some ^_^.

And recently the pope said to avoid "DIY religion", but from the vast knowledge i now posess from reading this comic, Christainity seems to be purely a DIY religion only focused on one man.

The guys who invented it (Constantine's councilors, mostly) were smart. Why woshipping somebody who's alive and people could get pissed at/envy of/disappointed with, when they can take a long dead random rebel, and make him a god?

Chick comics are real. I remember reading the one about hell back when I was like, 8. Except not on the internet, it was a comic book. The priests at the church were making fun of it XD. (Catholic priests, btw.)

Recently I've been reading more webcomics....although many make me laugh.....I wish I didn't. So much time....made ultimately redundant.
